Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Due to HEALTH AND SANITARY REASONS we can not accept any returns on facemasks, bags, waist beads, opened and used skin care products, etc
Exceptions to our Non-Refund policy
The only time refund will be considered is if an item is proven to be DAMAGED SKIN CARE PACKAGING or NEVER DELIVERED. To start a request for a refund under the two listed categories, contact us at info@elisbaage.com. We have a 5 business day refund request policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your damage item or 5 days after expected delivery date of you non-delivery item(s) to request a return. When contacting info@elisbaage.com with your request, please be sure to specify if your order was a skin care damage package or undelivered item(s). For non-delivered items, after tracking verification of lost or missing order, we will offer you a gift card to our store with the value of your purchase. For damage items, only accepted refund request, will be sent a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will offer you a gift card to our store with the value of your purchase. You can always contact us for any additional question at info@elisbaage.com.
Damages Related Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or within 5 business days if any of your skin care item package is damaged. Please follow the refund request steps listed above.
Delivery of Wrong Order Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@elisbaage.com ASAP or within 3 business days after arrival. That way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right in a reasonable timeframe.
Additional Non-Refunded Items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like customize products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). At this time, we cannot process refunds on sale items or gift cards. Please contact info@elisbaage.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
